I dabble in all sorts of crafts but have found a real affinity for cheesy kitschy jewelery! FAQ'SQ: What forms of payment do you accept? A: I prefer to accept Paypal payments but I will accept US cash. (It must be concealed and at YOUR OWN RISK) I will accept INTERNATIONAL money orders when special arrangements have been made although I prefer cash. I will not accept personal cheques because I cannot cash them easily in Canadian banks. If you send me an american cheque your cheque will be mailed back to you. Q: So how do I order? A: If you have existing funds in your paypal account please sent payment of the items you're ordering plus shipping costs to italktoyourself @hotmail.com. If you're using a credit card to purchase via paypal please send to exousia @gmail.com instead. For example. If you're totally confused, or want an invoice just leave me a comment on the journal with the items you want, and how you are paying (credit card paypal, or regular paypal) and I can invoice you. Q: Will you hold this item for me? A: I really don't like to hold items. This stuff goes so fast that there really is no point in holding it. Whomever pays for the product first gets the item first. Sorry, but holding things for people who often send the money a month later after an agreement is made, or never send the money atall is a bit ridiculous. If for some reason an item is paid for but is no longer available your money will be refunded via the method it was originally paid. Paid via paypal? It'll be refunded via paypal. Paid via cash, it'll be refunded via cash in the mail. Q:Are you credible? Or are you going to run away with my money? A: I'm happy to display the feedback that I've received on the communities and websites where I have completed all of my sales previously. Here is my feedback on ebay. I'm also on punkmart... I do everything in my power to make sure you as a customer are happy with my product. Please contact me if you have a problem! I'm here to fix it. Q: Is there a purchasing MINIMUM?? A: YES. At this time I will only be willing to fill orders of 5.00 minimum orders (That is costs before shipping). I have had many a customer who never follow through with payment under 5.00. Q: How long does shipping take? A: Normally I ship as soon as possible. Shipping from Canada can take up to 2-3 weeks at most. Usually it is as quick as a week and a half. I always use the cheapest shipping possible in hopes to reduce costs on your end. If you're willing to purchase expedited shipping let me know! The most frequent question I get asked after about 4 days after a purchase is WHERE IS MY ITEM!? WHAT IS GOING ON!? International shipping is slower than in country shipping. Please please please be patient. Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping smaller items costs 2.00, but if you're purchasing something breakable I suggest paying a minimum of 4.95 usd for a well wraped package to ensure that everything arrives in one piece! Q: Would you combine shipping costs for purchases of multiple items? A: Shipping starts at 2.00 until it gets too heavy, after that it costs around 4.95 usd. Q: Why is shipping so expensive? A: Well, If you think about it, its not bad. All of these items are usually going internationally from Canada. In order to assure I can offer the best packaging and wrapping these fees are neccessary. Personally, I think that the small shipping fee is worth it for a unique and fun item you can't really get many other places. Q: Where is my tracking number? A: I do not offer tracking numbers unless the order is expedited or the tracking feature is payed for by the purchaser. Please request extra insurance at the time of purchase! Q: Do you make custom orders? A: Depending on what it is I would certainly like to try. Please contact me for further information. Q: Do you offer refunds? A: At this time I am not offering refunds. If you have a problem with the product please email me and I'll see what I can do on a case by case basis. Q: Where do you get your charms? A: All over the place actually. I'm a compulsive charm collector. Some of the places I've gotten my charms from are sellers on ebay, wholesellers, vintage stores, recycle depots, walmart, michaels, imported, garagesales, dollarstores, craftstores, and more. Keep your creativity open. You can turn anything into a charm. Some charms I hand make too. Most of the polymer clay charms are all handmade by myself using fimo. Some charms are salvaged from other new pieces and just given a better home on a nicer necklace/bracelet etc. Q: Will you sell me the pendant/charm off that necklace? A: I apologize but this is not a garage sale. The only way that I can keep this business going is if my customers are willing to purchase whole items not just the charms. I'm not willing to pull a charm of a completed necklace in order to discount the price. Sorry. Would you walk into a store and ask to buy a bite off a chocolate bar? Probably not. Heh. Q: ACK!? How do I get ahold of you!? A: Email me at exousia@ livejournal.com! Q: I'm sending you a cash payment in the mail, what do I need? A: It would be best to include your NAME, RETURN ADDRESS, email address, livejournal name, and the name of the items you're ordering. I do receive several concealed cash payments every day and may not be able to distinguish them if you do not put these guidlines in the envelope. If you do not include the necessary information I will hold your money until I'm no longer mad at you and then return it via the slowest form of mail. I'll even crawl to the post office. (just kidding) Terms & ConditionsBy making a purchase from formulaexo.com you agree with all of these statements. 1. Please don't comment on an item unless you're ready to purchase, or have a question and are serious about purchasing the item. 2. From now on if you TELL me you are going to send a payment, and then back out I'll just simply remove you from being a future buyer, and ban you from commenting on the journal. You don't walk up to a counter at a store, have the clerk package up the item and then run out of the store claiming you don't want it anymore, so DON'T do that to me. Thanks. 3. First come first serve. Sometimes I am willing to hold merchandise. I provide everyone a fair chance to purchase my items. If you say you want an item but someone else paypals me the money first, they are entitled to the item. If you claim you want an item I will hold the item for up to 7 days. If you do not pay via mail within the standard 7 business days I reserve the right to sell the item to someone else. Even if your payment was sent out late in the mail (and has not been received). 4. I am not responsible for any injuries as result of jewelery. In specific, Razorblade necklaces are worn at your own risk. Purchasing the item is a release of responsibilty from the maker of the product. 5. You reserve the right to be removed from the mailing list and/or contests at any time. 6. When sending paypal payments you will include your shipping address, and the names of items you're ordering. If not, I can become confused and may refund your payment in order to keep things straightened out. It's difficult enough to keep my customers orders all straightened out without knowing what payment is for what. **These stipulations are able to change at any time.
